Hello @BIGNEWY and/or colleagues,

 

Recently I've bought a new phone, and stupid as I am, I forgot to backup my authenticator app. So now I can't login to digitalcombatsimulator.com anymore, because I can't generate a key. 

I've already sent an e-mail to support@digitalcombatsimulator.com but unfortunately I still haven't heard anything back even though my request was accepted.

Can you help me please?

My ticket number is 147995.
