The only difference in MAN mode is that once you get the tone, you need to uncage the missile yourself.

Also be aware that you can select front/rear aspect.

On a weapon pannel, front the leftmost switch is labeled with auto.

Place the little circle on the target, hit lock. Seaker will start tracking.
