You are in "MAN" mode, so I don't know exactly how to get the Igla to a target in this mode.

The only difference in MAN mode is that once you get the tone, you need to uncage the missile yourself.

Also be aware that you can select front/rear aspect.

On a weapon pannel, front the leftmost switch is labeled with auto.

Place the little circle on the target, hit lock. Seaker will start tracking.

In MAN mode, you can acquire a target at a range of 5-7 kilometres and launch it. The missile will find its target by itself, and the enemy will not even react...... and die.
