fixed FCR not longer works after repair

The FCR saves the last thing it saw on the page and no longer moves to the middle without reselecting or completely resetting it. First saw in Grayflag Sinai then moved to get a shorter track file (track also shows a little bit of spamming the inu1 and 2 reset  , myb). Attached is said shorter track file.

this sounds like it's probably the same issue as the tpod on fixed wing modules needing to be switched off and on again after a reloading....  I bet the "repair" function is being treated as "remounting" the FCR, so the "new" FCR thinks it is turned off.

i turned it off multiple times, even pinned it, with and without the bit. nothing seems to worked to fix the problem.
