hawa0835 Posted December 31, 2023 Posted December 31, 2023 Maybe I have found part of the cause of stuttering, it is mainly in the Nvidia drivers. I used an older version of drivers, and then stuttering basically stops completely in MT, and without tinkering with any performance-enhancing programs.

I used an older version of drivers, and then stuttering basically stops completely in MT, and without tinkering with any performance-enhancing programs. this is a well known troubleshooting tip. many other posts have this as an idea. look at the change logs of the newer drivers and see if anything looks to be an issue. i have see where upgrades of nvidia drivers go awry. mostly all that needs to be done is completely uninstall using DDU and installing the latest. my rig has 546.33 and i experience no issues. i would also suggest you get the options in NCP fixed up. some not set right will cause issues in any game.
