reported Hornet locks a target in ACM mode, (GUN / vertical scan, etc) while target is jamming but 80 NM away

Hello, I believe this is a bug. 

When you have a target, unknown distance, but in this case i knew he is about 80+ miles away. my radar auto locked him while i was in Gun, with the default 5NM gun sight
