reported Jammer remains on even if it's no longer installed and switched off

If jet is started with a jammer pod, and then it is removed both from the jet and the DCMS inventory, the Electronic Countermeasures Jammer will continue to show as ready on both the Countermeasure Signal Processor Panel and the Countermeasure Set Control panel even when the JMR switch is set to OFF.

Note: this quite likely is likely not a new issue, I only noticed it because I am playing Operation Agile Spear which doesn't allow editing loadout prior to spawning into the aircraft on the ramp.
