Throttle - Limited Wheel cant use it

Hi I have a throttle with a wheel which I can turn to a certain Point A and B. Its no "encoder wheel".

I want to use it on a certain key option. But cant use it. Is there a way to make it useable?

If it works as axis it won't register for the key bind. You'd have to use some external software like joy2key or maybe from your throttle manufacturer.
