sBinnala64 Posted January 11, 2024 Posted January 11, 2024 (edited) Hi, so i've been seeing lately that the Tomcat (A and B) both seem to want to slightly turn to the right, even with no wind or NWS inputs, even with a symmetrical loadout on taxi and takeoff. Is this a bug or just some sort of feature with the F-14? (btw there are seemingly only problems with this at an airport and not on a carrier) Edited January 11, 2024 by sBinnala64 had to add something else

Newer maps support sloped runways and taxiways.Cheers!Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk W10 Home 64Bit, Intel Skylake I5 6600K 3.50GHz, ASUS ROG Stryx Z270F MoBo, 64GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3200 RAM, Samsung 960 Pro 512GB M.2 SSD (OS), Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SSD, 2TB Seagate SDHD, 2TB WD Green HDD, Gigabyte 3060 12GB VRAM

I can't really remember if its happened at other airports, but I've noticed it the most at those airports. 18 hours ago, scommander2 said: Should I assume that the dead zone is set for the rudder if there is one? I'm not sure about Nevada though.Cheers!Sent from my SM-G998B using Tapatalk W10 Home 64Bit, Intel Skylake I5 6600K 3.50GHz, ASUS ROG Stryx Z270F MoBo, 64GB G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4 3200 RAM, Samsung 960 Pro 512GB M.2 SSD (OS), Samsung 850 Pro 512GB SSD, 2TB Seagate SDHD, 2TB WD Green HDD, Gigabyte 3060 12GB VRAM

In the OP you said "slightly turn to the right". It's probably the usual veering from center and you just have to use gently the rudder to keep it centered as in other aircraft. No aircraft is actually perfectly balanced so it's normal but to make sure: check for wind in the mission check you binds in the F-14, esp. some doubled axis, spikes on rudders or pedal brakes (not centered) there were some cases of riding on the parking brake - hope you're not one of them you can even disconnect your controls to make sure it's not your hardware Save a short track and upload here or make a short video (use Rctrl+Enter to show your controls). It's much better than guessing around. Edited January 12, 2024 by draconus Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
