fixed Hellfire roll limit and rate limit inhibits only works for right roll

The roll limit and rate limit restrictions for the hellfire launch only works for a roll to the right. for a left roll, no inhibit is displayed or enforced.

To reproduce:

1. Load laser hellfires (more convenient to launch, since you can LOAL)
2. Take off
3. Select missiles and master arm on
4. Roll right slowly
5. Get ROLL LIMIT at around 10°
6. Pull trigger (1st detent), no missile is fired
7. Roll right fast
8. Get RATE LIMIT
9. Roll left slowly by up to 90°
10. Get no safety inhibit until you get ACCEL LIMIT due to being in negative G land
11. Pull trigger, missile will fire
12. Roll left fast
13. Get no safety inhibit
