Trigger issue, cannot advance / complete mission

Hi, I have another strange trigger bug, this time on mission 12, restarted it couple of times but without luck

When comparing to some You-Tube playthrough, there are some differences: 

I don't have gear up flaps up accelerating voiceover ...  just stay below 500ft...

I am flying 7nm out same as in video
then joined under Paco 500ft same as in training, just paco is flying way faster this time, parade or cruise formation on right wing, paco stays in right turn endlessly flying like this,
tried to fly again 7nm out parallel to brc and rejoin, same result.
On one attempt after i was instructed to tax to cat III ground crew did not navigate me to the cat.
Also Paco is taxing directly trough other planes on deck. 

No mods installed, no voice attack or anything similar
using open beta multithreading version, flying in VR, windows 11, standalone version
same issue on single core version
I went back to check few other campaigns, picking random mission in Fear the bones and zone 5, everything seems to work just fine there. 
In part 1 i had also some triggers issues but nothing blocking me to eventually complete the mission

I will try to repair the game, remove and rebuild all settings, and I am also looking for any ideas or speculations what could be the issue or what else to try,

Try a slow repair, something must be corrupted. 
 

did you use the slaute command instead of the radio menu salute, like the briefing says?

Thanks, now it seems that its working fine.

Did slow repair, then removed user settings, let the game recreate the default folders and files, copied logbook back, keybinding and graphic settings back ( copied diff content of files back to new files like its code, did not want to override if there are some new settings),

Noticed one difference at first that when i spawn on deck, tomcat like falls to the ground from 10cm alt, I know that is normal in games to give time for colliders to react, but i have not had that before. (the game has just been updating since 2.7, i did run full repair few times thou)

After cat lunch i had gear up, flaps up accelerating voiceover, mission worked without a problem
Next two missions worked fine also

p.s.
Paco still taxi the shortest way to cat 1 trough planes, but i guess thats ED's problem
