Wrong overlay.  I'm talking about the one that lists the radios you have set up, frequencies, and who's talking.  It shows up on my desktop monitor instead of the VR headset.

Hey Miles, yes, that looks like it.  I've yet to get into a server and figure out how to use it though.  I have only the 109 and have added a radio, but don't know how to tune it or what frequency range it should have.

You have to use OpenKneeboard -> Add a tab -> Window capture.

Thank you SilentOtto, I know almost nothing about kneeboards and never heard of Open Kneeboard before you mentioned it.  But, I managed to get that done and now can move on to learning how to set up and use the radios.

Thanks!

Is there a way to change location of that overlay?

are you speaking about moving the openkneeboard overlay or the srs one (the one w/ just lines of text)?

For (1) -- yes, openkneeboard has settings that allow you to move its location (find them in the VR settings), for (2) -- no.

I was talking about the overlay which Miles Vorkosigan showed in his screenshot. I think it is the 2.

edit:

I found a file DCS-SRS-Overlay.dlg and there are some settings (HWXY) but maybe its better to leave it alone. I did some overlay editing in ETS2 for gps and though this has similar settings to show it hmd.
