Longiron Posted February 5 Share Posted February 5 i am having pitot tube icing almost exactly 15 - 20 min into flight. conditions are 29.94 , 0degC, field elev 1640 @ Tbilisi with a snow storm and about 20kn winds yes, pitot heat switch is on, anti ice switch on. all circuit breakers checked. i tried 2 flights one cold start, and one auto start, same results. it also seems to progress and get worse, after airspeed dies, vert velocity freezes up, and finally altimeter freezes. ( pretty cool to see ED sim'ed the static port ice effect also ) another bug, when i auto started my fuel pressure gauge stayed at 0. then the next flight i cold started, and the fuel gauge bounced around a bit then stayed pegged at max. i even did ground repair between flights and it didnt fix anything.
