Standard training missions should have FCR

Hey Folks

Short and sweet. The firing range missions for the AH64D as well as the hot startup and cold startup etc… should have the FCR enabled 

I’ve caught myself doing the missions in prep of practicing the new radar, only to discover it was not installed so had to make my own

I will pass your feedback to the team, the mission maybe adjusted in the future, and the FCR will be in the rearm menu in the next patch

you can edit this in mission editor although in the new patch as Bignewy says, it is available in the rearm menu
