Suggestions for co-op missions?

I'm going to try to host a private server for 1 other friend so we can do some co-op stuff.  Any suggestions on Missions that are set for 2+ f16s?  Thank you.

Do you like sandbox shooting ranges stuff or highly realistic missions?

I was thinking more about planned missions, but the sandbox shooting range seems fun too (haven't done that yet).  I'll take any suggestions.  Thanks.
