HEMTT Fuel Tanker??

Any idea where this vehicle is stored in dcs Root? I want to have a go at creating my own liveries. Is there a template for this or do i just use what's available?

I guess you need to use what's available. 

Have you checked the Bazar folder? It's probably in there.
