How could you modify certain bullets that aren't tracers, to still emit tracer that's just bright enough to be seen on FLIR tgp?

I'm well aware that there are EDM files for tracers and different projectiles, however every round that is non tracer doesn't seem to have an EDM file sticked to it. Is there somewhere I should look for it? So far I've looked into Bazar > World > Shapes folder to find some tracer edm files.
