Help with making a map building, a Trigger zone.

When you right-click a building, a popup displaying "assign as..." shows up. This opens the trigger information display on the left side. It starts off displaying:

ROLE
VALUE
OBJECT ID
NAME

Where can I get a key or list of what can add in that "Name - Value" box, along with explanations of use? For example... the first entry "ROLE" - what commands can I put in the VALUE side of the box?
