[FIXED] Unable to drop wing bombs before fusellage bombs

Unable to drop wing bombs before fuselage bombs. Once fuselage bombs are dropped, then it becomes possible to drop the wing bombs.

Best,

No customer support or modules in an abandoned state can only mean no further investments from ED’s customers. ED and third party developers are solely responsible for the level of features completeness at which they decide to release their modules.  Taking in to account customers feedback as well as finishing the products is paramount. After release, modules should be playable with important essential features completed at very early stages after the release, including bug fixes. ED & partners staffs should grow with the addition of newer modules in order to not diminish the level of customer support or further delay delivery as per the initial sales agreement. The virtual world we fly with our modules is equally important; there is no way around AI, real weather and the earth map. Thank you

Unless it’s a recent bug that I haven’t noticed, I don’t recall having this problem. Are you sure that the switches are in the correct positions?

... well, he could have said it!

Hi Bozon,

Yes, but the problem is not easy to reproduce as there are inconsistencies from one test to the other, however overall there are a lot of problems with regards to dropping bombs from the wings. Sometimes only one bomb will go and the other one will stay hanged to the wing, requiring violent shaking with the controls to release it. Most of the time as it can be seeing in the tracks, the wing bombs simply did not go.

Attached a couple of tracks and a morning wasted hoping to improve the Mossie.

Best,

Lau

PS:

All flights start with leveling, trimming and adjusting engines, followed by a wing bomb drop attempt, followed by fuselage bomb drops and finally the jettison attempt.

PS: Tracks removed

  • Lau changed the title to [FIXED] Unable to drop wing bombs before fusellage bombs

Removed all mods, repaired DCS and all seems to  be working, I will continue monitoring the origin of the problem as I fly with the MOSSIE.

Best,

Lau
