Harry.R Posted March 24, 2024 Posted March 24, 2024 Excellent stick but I'm getting 100% rudder for a little twist of the stick.. is there a way to turn this down as even simple tasks like taxiing see me swinging across the taxiway like a druken bum.
Blackrat_UK Posted March 25, 2024 Posted March 25, 2024 Couple of things. Is the twist axis calibrated correctly? If it is do you have a curve set in DCS? If so remove the curve and try, if no curve set it at 20 for the rudder axis and adjust to your liking. 1
Harry.R Posted June 15, 2024 Author Posted June 15, 2024 I re-did the calibration within the VKB software and then inverted the axis to get left/left, right/right. Boy is this thing twitchy in pitch and roll compared to my old stick (X-55 saitek). I used to enjoy close formation, now I can't even get close without porpoising about. Never had an experience like this with a stick, perhaps I need to change the springs or change the stick as i'm just not gelling with it at the moment.

Hi, I use twist on EVO and classic NXT, as far as I remember, I just reduced the deadzone, it was big. So when testing the deflection, does it jump straight to 0 or 65535? 1 MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4, Kingston 3600 MHz 64 Gb, i5 12600K, Gigabyte RTX 4090, Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus,VKB NXT Premium.

Thanks mate, I redid the installation/calibration and it's now a lot more sensible but needs to be inverted for some reson in the in game menu. Just pitch that seems a bit..overly sensititve now.
