As per the subject, what is that weapon being fired at 1:28? Is it like a mini HARM, it goes for that vehicles radar.

After looking at it again, maybe a Chinese HJ-10, based on the square shape of the launcher?  Looks like some footage from some other ATGM found its way into that video.

It's the Spike NLOS missile, which has been used by Israeli AH-64's and has been recently acquired by the US Army.

This has been asked for in the past, and the Spike NLOS is not planned as it has only recently been purchased by the US Army. The DCS AH-64D is from the 2005-2010 era, but more precisely the 2006/2007 timeframe.
