Can't login to DCS, also can't go to the dcs website aswell

Hello, this is my problem. When i start the game it wants me to log in then this error page appears.

DCS Web site is not available at the moment.

Offline mode requires a saved password and a successful login to operate.

Also i cant go to the main dcs website, it gives me ERR_CONNECTION_RESET code. But I have and can use internet freely other than that. While i was trying to upload my log file. It gives me -200 server error code aswell.

most of the time it is local internet issues or DNS issues, 

if you have access to a vpn it is worth trying just to see if that resolves it.

I found the solution. The family protection for the internet in my country is includes dcs website aswell. I just closed it. Thanks!!

I have identical problem. 
I use VPN to connect with licence server, but then pings skyrockets, so I turn VPN off. Then I can play multiplayer, but I see no server list.

 

I have no family protection. Problem seem to be on the side of internet provider. ED seem to be innocent here
