Tail strobes not working

Hi

Sorry to bother you for such a detail, but i noticed that the tail lights, whose should be strobelights are steady. IRL the F1 (In France for sure) there where blinking alternately.

You have uncovered a mistake in the external lights logic stemming from a misunderstanding between the flight manuals and our SMEs feedback, as well as slight differences in the Spanish versions. We are working on fixing it.
