I'm using a hosas setup with my My flight stick is a thrustmaster 1600 and my throttle is a vkb nxt evo omnithrottle but if I assign keybinds on the axis of the vbk (so for throttle) instead of moving the throttle it moves the stick instead leaving me with no throttle control. I'm super new to dcs and trying to get into it but this is causing me some frustration. It works perfect as my throttle in msfs but here it seems like it is recognizing it as the input on my thrustmaster instead of my vbk. no idea what to do. I also can't bind any keys to either stick (only plane I have is the p51 if that helps) and can only use the keyboard for keybinds  https://vlc.onl/

Can't you post a picture of your axis controls settings?

Welcome to the forum @avery

Sorry if I misunderstood the exact problem you're describing, but just in case:

When in the controls assignment panel, did you make sure to switch to the "Axis Commands" setup? (top left side)

You should be able to select the VKB axis to throttle there (also double check that you don't have any unwanted axis bound to anything. E.g.; by default, rudder paddle axis are often bound to pitch and roll)

(also make sure that you have the correct module selected)
