Assistance Needed: Mysterious Additional Reticle Appearing During F16 Cold Start

Could someone assist me in addressing an unexpected reticle that has appeared upon cold starting the F16? I'm unfamiliar with its presence and would appreciate any insights. Attached is a screenshot for reference. Thank you in advance for your help.

Set HUD Depressible Reticle Switch to OFF, it should fix the problem.
