Rex Posted May 19, 2024 Posted May 19, 2024 I just created a mission where the AI was ordered to drop a nuclear bomb, and while he did drop it, and it did "explode" weakly, it was less powerful than a 50kg WW2 Bomb, starting a fire about the size of a large-ish campfire. Now, I'm no expert on nuclear fission, but I did once stay at a Holiday Inn Express. While there, the knowledge I accumulated makes me somewhat confident that nuclear warheads should have a little bit more of a ... you know ... Nuclear Holocaust vibe. Either that, or the people of Hiroshima are a bunch of drama queens. Will somebody be so kind as explain to me what I need to do in order to vaporize entire cities, or at least commit atrocities against human-kind on a scale that's a bit more satisfying? As you shiver in the nuclear winter that I will no doubt cause, you will have my appreciation to warm your freezing heart, not to mention, the satisfaction of knowing that the contaminated food and water supply is at least partly your doing.
