Mod Manager doesn't show HB F-4E to download

Hi, I bought the F-4E way back in Nov but do not see the little red "1" on the Module Manager indicating a download is available. Inside it shows the F-4E as available for purchase, but I already have an authorization number. Checked the store, again it shows "Buy Now", but it doesn't go to a page for me to enter the Auth Number.

 

DCS version 2.9.5.55300

You have to redeem the voucher you received from heatblur when you bought the phantom.
