Takes forever for Mavs to come off the rails

Mavericks fire very slow,, I try so hard to be extremely stable, everything set, and it takes forever to release the Mavs ! In the Youtube videos those that made some very good videos, the Mavs just fire fast and smooth..... IMHO

After Thoughts:

I am wondering,, I am in VR, and while my system is very good, my Video card is crappy Nvidia 2080ti. Maybe it causes the slowdown, even though the FPS is real bad.. (around 4-60 fps).. other than that,, they just don't fire without long waits... Anyone else??

How long is "forever"? 2 seconds? 5 seconds? 1 minute? 

And how do you know how long it takes for mavericks in videos to come off the rail if you don't even know when exactly that person presses the button?
