fixed FCR C-Scope not working with datalink target report

I was testing C-Scope with a friend and we were unable to see C-Scope data shared using TSD -> RPT -> TGT -> All. Data appears on TSD but not on FCR page or C-server-20240524-211852.trkScope. test-20240524-211857.trkAttached are the track files from both of us.

My friend and I continued trying to get c-scope to display targets sent over by datalink with no luck. Here is a video of what I did on the recipient end. To my understanding when a FCR Target Report is received and the FCR page shows "DL Target Data" the C-Scope will display the same symbology as if my aircraft did the FCR scan. If this is incorrect please let me know so we can stop trying to test and generate a bug report. Thank you!

I've noticed that upon receiving datalink target data, or an RFHO track from a donor Apache, the C-Scope on the receiving aircraft does not display the data. For RFHOs, the NTS is shown on the TADS around the RFHO target, but again, there's no C-Scope visual indicators shown. I'm curious how true to life such case are or are not.

Indeed the C-Scope symbology should be observed regardless of having an FCR or not. This was working correctly back when you originally created the thread.
