No, I don't really mess with roughmets, as important and skin altering as they can be.

Here is the description.lua of all the textures.

is there a decent way to get rid of all that awacs-stuff of the Tu-126 and to rebuild the aircraft as  a Tu-114 ?

Oh thank god!!!! A tall tail B-52! Any chance you can add a couple doxen Mk 82s to its payload. Depending on the complexity of the textures I'm turning this into a B-52D with some liveries. B-52D, the natural prey if the Tu-128M Fiddler. Thanks tripod, looks amazing.

Hello tripod3! All the models you have presented here had parachutes in real life. Both the Americans and the Russians used round parachutes for these. One in total. Don't you have one? That you can use in an animated manner. I'm also sad that none of your models have more than 10 ARGs (suspension, rudder and also gun turrets). The B-47 comes off the worst. The flaps on the undercarriage are simply the same as a paper model. For the main undercarriages with double wheels, you should take a look at the animation and associated ARGs on the Mig-31. I think all the models are great. You can make more out of them. Unfortunately, you haven't removed the reflection of the right side of the fuselage on the Yak-28, so you can't create liveries. What a pity.

I understand your frustration a lot. As for now, units are in condition of “basic that I imagine”, that means future expanding of functionality. Finally B-52 has parachute, so I can use it everywhere.

Thank you for your efforts. I really appreciate it. You shouldn't be superficial. You have the option of correcting everything when modeling by asking. I had forgotten the lights in the ARGs. You don't have to animate any lights. You only need to set the lights at certain points. Perhaps a small 3D sphere in the color of the position lights. For the folding out of a recessed light on the fuselage, half a sphere that is animated would be sufficient. The circle is sufficient for the texture for this. The light effects themselves come from the light.lua from ED and there are many ways of adjusting the color and strength of these by entering them in the lua.

you sure can have different textures for the yak-28 (thougfh very limited ones): just take nrs.  I0 / 0I, II, 88, choose red, blue, yellow as colour - voila.

@Sinzov! Don't you think your answer is a bit off? The textures exist for both sides and the right area only needs to be assigned for the right side of the fuselage. Since the textures are similar, you have to note that the right side of the fuselage is not correct. On the model it is the opposite, so numbers and logos have to be mirrored horizontally. There is a saying: "why do it simply when you can do it complicated." For everyone who voted for his answer. Sinzov forgot that you can also give the double numbers, which can be read from the left and right, a different color. It is simply an error in the implementation of the model. But the way you suggest it does not solve errors.

A local military surplus store has one of the Pilot Ejection Seats from this aircraft on display near the Cash Register!

If We can get some SEA liveries for this bird along with the appropriate weapons loads...Guam will be my new place to build missions out of...

Fix for Yak-28 texture mirroring + added drag chute falling out of an opening parachute compartment.

Now bort numbers could be painted normally (if artists do). Extract folder from archive into Mods/aircraft and press replace.

hello tripod3! keep it up! tackle problems and solve them. please note that the brake parachutes may have a different scale when using the other models. thanks. here is a rare picture of the Tu-128M with brake parachute. please look at the landing lights in the picture. these are recessed in this place as hemispheres.

I've spent I don't know how many hours trying to make a camo Egyptian Badger.  The shapes in the texture are all over the place!  An aileron here, the bottom of it over there, a third of the intake here, half of the bottom of the intake there, leading edges here, trailing edges across the texture... but not the bottom leading edge that's by the bomb-bay that is split in areas... etc.  Not knocking your mods tripod, they are fantastic, just beyond my ability.  I'll wait for someone more talented and copy their work.  So I have settled on some silver badgers.

Good work on those liveries, Geschirre.

It sounds like painting these jets can be frustrating.  Personally, I would be content with all Soviet aircraft having at least one livery.  The Egyptian camo would be a good bonus, though.
