KilroyWasHereF14 Posted May 28, 2024 Posted May 28, 2024 When loading into F4E the game hangs then crashes on the "Spawning Objects phase". Exploring the logs uncovers multiple errors. No property record for segment "FRONT_WHEEL". (This continues for seemingly every part of the plane) 2024-05-28 16:49:07.267 ERROR APP (Main): Error: Unit [KC-135]: Corrupt damage model. 2024-05-28 16:49:07.328 ERROR APP (Main): Error: Unit [F-4E-45MC]: Corrupt damage model. The game is stored on a NVME SSD and 36gb RAM. The OS is Pop OS. This issue appears to be isolated to the F4E.
Flappie Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 The "Corrupt damage model" is common (a lot of aircraft are affected by this, it's more of a warning). This is definitely not the source of your crashes. These error messages are reported by the way. Please attach the latest zip from your Saved Games/DCS.../Logs folder. ---
