Punto Arenas (Eng. Sandy Point) does have ILS in real life for 25 rwy. DCS South Atlantic does not. PUQ (IATA) is kind of notorious for bad weather, especcially winds and tubulence, and all sorts of maritime climate. It has not have an ILS.

When I click on PUQ in mission the list shows only VOR.

Because that info panel has been designed in the LOMAC era and only shows info for the primary runway.

In PUQ, ATC always (at least thus far) tells to to T/O and land on 25. I randomize weather with almost every mission.

I think ILS 109.90 in PUQ 25 RWY does work. I got needles in Mirage F1EE.  PUQ is combines use civil-mil. So there should be TACAN. However we can portable TACAN as ground unit.

I should have put "primary" in quotes.

Whille the ATC could apply its own rules to determine runway in use, many parts of DCS, including that info panel, are unaware that aerodromes can have multiple runways. And they pick whatever runway has the aerodrome symbol over it as their "primary".

To summarize, there's nothing wrong with the ILS at Punta Arenas. But you can ask the devs to "move" aerodrome symbol to 07-25 to make the ILS info visible in the interface.
