Maddaawg Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 I don't know specifically, but using hands in DCS is super flakey. How are you running DCS, with Steam or VD, or quest link? What settings have you checked for hand control in DCS VR settings? Meta Quest 3, Intel i9-10900K, EVGA 3080Ti FTW3, Corsair 64GB DDR4 3200, ASUS ROG Strix z-490-E Gaming, Samsung 990 Pro 2TB M2 NVME Windows 11 Drive, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB M2 NVME Game Drive
Nodak Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 Could be the HMD itself, not all in built stereo overlapping is equal. Put your left hand left to the left of your head and shut your left eye, you no longer see it either, the nose kills your stereo overlap in that part of your natural FOV. If you have an Aero the overlap is among the lowest.
hannibal Posted July 9, 2024 Author Posted July 9, 2024 i found out that my problem was caused by the openXR motion compensation utility. the parameter for openXR config file, physical tracker needed to be set to 0 (disabled) after this, i can see both virtual hands! find me on steam! username: Hannibal_A101A http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197969447179
