Hi

I have been a user of DCS for several years now and got really excited when the hi-fidelity modules came on the scene. One of these being the F15E which I purchased almost immediately in the hope that it would be continued with it's development. Unfortunately it now seems, due to issues between ED and Razbam, that future support is not likely to be forthcoming and the module will likely fail due to lack of updates. If this is the case can I request a store credit to use against future purchases from ED?  Whilst I know there is not normally a refund policy I don't think this falls within the "normal" range of reasons for a refund. It can be reasonably argued that the module will soon fail to perform after further updates to DCS and not the module, rendering it not fit for purpose!!

As a purchaser of over 40+ other DCS Airframes, Terrains and modules it is easy to see I would not usually complain about the slowness to update etc but when a module fails, as the F15E will eventually do, due to lack of completing required updates going then the story becomes very different and at $63.99 it is not a cheap purchase by any means.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter.

Best Rgds
