gear retracts when Copilot Gunner Position is occupied

I want to drop the gear from the pilot seat, and switch to the copilot seat and have the gear stay down so I can land it but when I switch to the front seat the gear retracts automatically.  I want to be able to land without having to set the emergency gear from the CPG seat.

What’s your Petrovich auto handover setting? It is likely Petro

He might extend it again as you get closer to landing. Have you tried it? Does Petrovich let you land with the gear retracted while flying in the front seat?

The gear is retracted because when you change to the gunner seat the pilot puts the full helicopter into normal forward flight condition which also means retracting the gear after take-off

It is no bug.
