F10 Map is it blocked?

I can open it but all I see is my plane cannot see carrier or any blue assets? Is it part of mission build?

Yes, though I don't remember if I have hidden all the assets or only red force. If all, I'll update it while overhauling the campaign over the summer and preparing it for the taxi directors.
