Game freezing/crashing when selecting dynamic slot

Running on Ryzen 7 5800X3D 64GB RAM. Tried 3 server - Enigma's, Contention and DCS Dogfighters. When selecting the dynamic slot the game freezes then I need to close on task manager. I was only able to play in DCS Dogfighters.

Same issue. And on trying to restart DCS the launcher is totally greyed out, with no ability to open the game.

Same here, and I'm on Intel (alas).

I thought this was related to Ryzens.

I'm in the same boat. I can't play Multiplayer because the new slot selection menu freezes up and crashes. I tried repairing my main DCS folder and started a fresh new saved games folder as well, after backing up the old one. Hasn't changed a thing.

I am now going to dread every single update that comes out. My confidence is shattered. I've spent thousands of pounds on this DCS online multiplayer hobby and gave up sim-racing for this as I could only afford one or the other. I'm just hoping and waiting for a Hotfix ASAP.

Someone found the solution. This freeze is caused by the Supercarrier module, after removing it from my game I was finally able to join a server.

Yes that worked for me and some others. I think some people are still having issues.
