fixed No takeoff and land event for players

Takeoff events and landing are not triggered anymore for players, possibly clients.

Happens in Syria and Sinai, at least with Phantom, F-18 and F-16.

This leads to being unable to trigger actions based on these events anymore; also I noticed events are missing from debrief logfiles.

Landing on carriers LSO event is still present without the land event.

AI takeoff and landing events are all still triggered and present in logfiles.

Takeoff and landing events reported as a bug and seen by Bignewy in this thread yesterday...

And because this flight time doesnt get loged on Syria unless you start airbone ..

 

noticed my offline missions werent loging any flight time.. then tried another wich started airbone and it did..

Seems to be working now.. i did a couple tests after last update and now it does record the take off event and flight time is again logged
