Water Injection locked after running out of water.

At least in air start, (have not tested from a cold start) and on the D-40 (have not tested the D-30 late) it is impossible to return the water injection button to the off position if locked and having run out of water. This is an obvious bug, and extremely inconvenient as the manifold governor will let you exceed dry engine limits with the button pushed in.
