I already own Flaming Cliffs 3.

This is what it says for me.

Funny really as its determined to tell me what im not going to get for $94 Australian Dollars !

Did you originally buy FC3 direct from ED rather than through Steam?  Lots of people that went the other way having that issue.  You have to buy FC4 wherever you bought FC3 to get the discount.

Steam is saying i have to pay $94 Aus Dollars ?

I would contact customer support.  Something isn't linking properly if that's the case.  I asked the question because there have been a number of posts from people who discovered they had forgotten where they purchased it and turned out it was the other and that was the issue.

I'm guessing it's not the case, but do you currently have your Steam purchased FC3 bound to ED instead?  That also can cause issues.

 The upgrade option would not show up in my results using a search for "dcs" on steam.

 I needed to search "dcs flaming" and it shows ok and you can upgrade for the $9.99 usd

Yes I own the original FC, and I think you are correct, I must not have been Logged in to the store. I "assumed" it knew who I was as I went there straight from the game, thank you for the hint, just bought it!!
