It kinda depends..if you're recording them by yourself or you have a fascist bastard telling you to do it over and over again..ie. a producer. :D

Yes, but what I mean vocalists are the hardest to find. They are more rare while guitar players like me for ex. are a dime a dozen. Then there are the frontman egos to deal with :)

I think finding a good drummer with quality equipement is even harder.

Actually to me the hardest thing about being in a band is keeping 4 or 5 guys together with the dedication to make it last long enough to try to make something out of it.
