FC 2024 doesn't show up at the start screen. I bought it even a second times - no change

Hello,

after buying Flaming Cliffs 2024, the FC3-Icon on the startup screen is now greyed out (i bought the update) and no FC2024 icon to see.

I also tried to buy the update a second time... no changes. The FC-planes arfe there but no icon at the bottom of the startup-screen.

On the account website, there is no "Flaming Cliffs 2024" license in my list (only the fc-planes, and every plane 2 times!)

Why is it even possible to buy a license for a second time??? Can i transfer it to another user as a gift?

hello. couple questions. are you sure the user accounts match? something purchased with another account? there are lots of reports of folks having the issues with FC2024. i ordered and installed the FC2024 without any issues. i think fixes are supposed to be a upcoming patch.

unfortunately it is possible to purchase modules more than once. i have done it twice. if you have not attached it to your account, you may be able to get a refund. open a ticket with support.

Did you get it to work yet?

If not - may have to go into DCS "bin" folder and MANUALLY update the game to latest release version that supports the new FC4 version.
