Checkbox option to enable chocks pre installed

I understand I will be of the absolute minority, but an option to have chocks already installed would be nice considering you won't see a viper not chocked starting up cold.

We have chocks for nearly every fixed-wing aircraft in the game now, however the implementation is haphazard, with some aircraft started chocked up, others not.
