Seperate Throttle - Recommendations?

I'm currently using a Saitek Cyborg 3D usb joystick to play BS, I'm looking to buy a seperate throttle unit for it, the joystick itself is fine (and want to keep) but the attached throttle is a PITA (being attached):(, can anyone recommend a decent throttle (not complete HOTAS) that I can add in to increase my immersion factor & control.

I dont know if anyone sell just a throttle (unless your willing to spend big bucks).

I'd recommend buying an old one off ebay and fitting it with a USB conversion card from leo bodnar. order a hall sensor while your at it and just use a epoxi or hot melt glue to fix a magnet to the moving part.

Heres what I think you should try see my thread here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=40759

 

This way you'll not only get dual throttles you'll also end up with a collective. Its an easy project and you don't have to take the stick apart at all (I did because I wanted to keep the spring and spacer). After you buy the stick its only a few more bucks in parts that can be easily had at any hardware store! Let me know if this is something you'd be interested in as I'd be happy to answer any questions and help!
