After last patch Mission 2 is not working

After the departure it doesn´t skips to next part, instead it ends the mission entirely.

I just tested it and the mission loads fine for me. Maybe try running a repair and remove all unofficial mods.

Yeah repair, no mods and stays the same. Will reinstall everything and let you know if that changed

I'm just playing mission 2 and I got error cannot open speed and angels 02b_parade.miz two times in a row. even after repair

This seems to happen randomly for some people only,  I’ve never been able to reproduce this issue.

Please send you log file to ED. I can’t influence whether DCS loads a mission or not. Also be sure to remove all mods. 

you can still load the mission parts separately from the mission editor, no need to restart
