user resolved Sling loaded cargo not unhooking for me.

I think that only the Mid hook works for now, so set the Hook selector to Mid and the Cargo Hook MSTR Switch to arm.

Then open the Hook release Guard on the stick and press The Hook Release Button  on the stick.

Be sure to have lowered the Cargo down on the ground.

It works! Just needed that Hook Release Guard opened. Still cant find it in the manual, lol. Gentlemen, thank you for your help.

How it works For Me. Dial set to Middle Hook only. Hook RESET / OFF / ARM Button  Map to A Virpil Sticks Hat (it has 3) It will only Work in Game if it is mapped to the Hook arm Switch Forward and the Hook Arm Switch Backward Key binds. My Virpil Stick has a 3 trigger Gun Trigger The front Trigger is Mapped to pushed forward out of the way set to the Cargo Release Closed Button Cover. Pull it down and it is set to the Open Cover of the Button. Pull it into the Gun trigger and click it is the Cargo Release Button. The other ones worked in the Control Map Binding program but after going  into the game they would not work. I did a lot of jumping in and out of the editor to find the right ones.

fix does not work. i have cw and ccw to change mid, aft,fwd and reset,off,arm and release. stops working on the second hook when you reset off and arm. and even if you dont reset still hooks but cant unhook.

What Key Bind are you Using for your Hook Release Key Bind? For Now a Cargo Release only works if the Hook RESET / OFF / ARM Switch key bind is mapped in the control settings to Hook arm Switch Forward and the Hook Arm Switch Backward Then after picking up cargo "middle hook only" when ready set the switch to ARM then release the cargo. If this is not working for you I am sorry for not helping you and not understanding your problem. This is the only way I got it to work for me. Best of Luck

Thanks but i have those key binds, i have had switched both positions back and forth for the hook and also the use reset, go off then arm position each time you press release. cover is open all the times.

The rope seems to be floating on the second time you sling. does not detach even if you dive at 170 knots or more, hard maneuvers.

The cargo doesn't even have collision the second time you hook it and try to land/release.

Same for me, i can even hook a second cargo then xD
Cutting the cable works sometimes to get rid of that crate but slingloading is bugged then and i need to get a new ch47
