Hello,

after several months without playing DCS, now I get the Autorization failed message and it removes many modules that I have purchased. I have done a cleanup and a repari (slow).
I am logged in and connected to internet.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Check your quarantined files, some AV's especially McAfee and Malwarebytes have been removing files, it's normally one of the DLL files in the aircraft Bin folder. Two patches ago Malwarebytes removed a single file from every FC3 and FC2024 aircraft which resulted in this problem and every FC aircraft not working.

I don't have any anti-vrus...I can't install FC3 either, but I didn't want to discuss it in this thread until the main problem is so

¿How can I add the entire DCS World folder to the firewall exclusions list?  For testing ...

If you have not installed any third party antivirus (McAfee, Kaspersky, etc) then Windows will activate its own antivirus, you wont be left without AV protection. Search your Windows for "Microsoft defender", add to it a DCS folder exclusion, and then do a DCS repair to recover the files the AV deleted.

does not work!

Unfortunately, there is not enough info to venture a diagnostic, the dcs.log that you posted on the 1st post shows just the first few moments of a DCS launch, can't tell you what went wrong with your DCS.

I upload another .log if it is of any use.

OK, lets recap:

1) you have added an exclusion for DCS on your AV.

2) Afterwards you have performed a DCS_Updater Repair, to recover any missing file

And then you get this authorization not valid message in spite that the date & time of your PC is correct.

If it was my PC, I'd try this:

rename the "C:\Users\soypa\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta" folder to DCS.openbeta.bak

This will force DCS to re-create the folder the next time DCS starts, it will prompt you for your DCS user credentials (to determine what module licenses you have)

Don't attempt to fly any aircraft, this is just a test to see if the authorization issue dissapears or not. Tell me how it goes.

nullnullThanks for the help. Changing Saved_Games does not work eitherdoesn't. In fact, when you open the launcher only the F-18 appears as a purchased aircraft, all the others are missing.
Inside DCS all the modules appear in the "module installer" but do not appear in the mission menus, instan actions, etc.

Ok, seems you will need to open a support ticket, so that ED can look into your account and fix whatever is wrong.
