On the 13th all was normal and I have been test flying a lot in the CH-47. On the 13th I had a Windows 11 update but all was fine. On the 14th I had a Windows update on the NetFrame whatever xxx so I did that and never got into DCS till after I seen another update for DCS so I did the Update. later I went in to fly and my CH-47 was so unstable like the AFCS was off broken or just not working at all. I had it set to BOTH but it is flying like it did when it was not on Both. it is so bad now I'm puzzled. I went to my HUEY to test it and OMG I have to put almost all Left Rudder into it to lift off. Any Thoughts on What is going on? I have a CLEAN DCS Zero MODS I can't see why this has went so wacky on me.

Was it all tested in the same mission, i.e. with the same weather conditions? DCS helos seem to be very sensitive to any little bit of wind. You can take off with very little pedal input in no wind, but might need a whole foot-full of pedal in a slight breeze. Just a thought.

Days Later and here I am, I use MFG Crosswind Rudder Pedals (not a problem here) My Cyclic and my Collective and a Button Box are Virpil (love my gear) I have no Idea if this was the problem. I know I have NOT updated the Virpil gear as far as Firmware or it's software. It has been working just fine so Why? I did update all my Virpil Gear so it is now the newest software and Firmware. I go in game and it is better now.

When I do a firmware I save each device Profile for upload Back into each device. The new Firmware will remove each Profile to factory default profiles. All my custom button profiles can be reloaded back into each device this way and not lost.

You must Update each device one at a time. Create a new Profile(setting it back to factory) then Recalibrate each Axis on each device. Save to each device then I load my custom profile back Recalibrate a 2nd time and save to device.(just the way I do it. Call me Gump Lt. Dan)

So with the new Windows updates(changes to my system) and new Firmware and Recalibrating my gear it is like 90% of my problems are now gone. Still not like it was on release(rock steady on rails). I can live with this. The Huey still needs 90% full left Rudder for takeoffs and Landings(needs fixed so BAD) Flight is back to normal now. I noticed ED in the last update listed the HUEY back under the original makers name that went out of business and is no longer around like it is not a ED owned module now? ED doesn't seam to want to claim the HUEY as being Theirs to maintain to save face on it's decline in updates. (blame it on the maker they went out of Business years ago.)

^ Re. module IP ownership I think you're reading too much into this. If you take a look at previous patchnotes, you'll notice that all ex-Belsimtek modules are referred to as "by Belsimtek" or "by ED" interchangeably every now and then. It doesn't mean anything anyway, as Belsimtek didn't go out of business but got incorporated (back) into ED.

Their 5 old modules all suffer from partial neglect simply because they don't bring all that much revenue anymore (IMHO).

i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
