Hi There,

I chose the riskier return, but Jaguar 2 (who was supposed to wait for their own tanker at BE according to radio commands) hooked up on Texaco 3 (meant  for Jaguar 3) instead, and stayed on the basket for 23 minutes flying around in tow, until I starved on gas and had to eject. I dunno if there was any gas left in Texaco 3, or what was the reason Jaguar 2-1 did not disconnect earlier.

If you could fix it (if validated), please...

Thanks again. The tanker should be free for you so something's wrong. I'll check.

Tested the mission couple of times but wasn't able to exactly replicate. Jaguar 2-1 took the Texaco 4 as she was supposed to do. But she didn't get any fuel. But didn't burn either during that endless refuel attempt. According to SA page her fuel state remained same for at leas 20 minutes🙄

I can't fix the AI AAR problem and I really hope it won't happen in all missions as it would break lots of things in many campaigns. AI AAR problem is reported to ED countless times and they always do something about it and after a while problem returns.

As I wasn't able to make J2-1 to go to the wrong tanker it's hard to say if I can fix it. I made some adjustments to make sure Texaco 4 is the closest tanker when she is ready to refuel. If you happen to have a track file or even better Tacview file of the mission it would help me to find the problem. In emergency situation you can take the Texaco 4 if she still confuses between 3 and 4.

Yeah, but by the time I could have switched I did not have enough fuel, and the other tanker was far away from me, cause I followed my tanker in the opposite direction.

As you wished, TacView file attached.

Thanks. That helped a lot. For some reason Texaco 3 went too far and she took it instead of 4. It should stay west of Aleppo. I think adjustments I made should prevent that of happening.
