known issue Chinook RWR silent

I have had no luck getting the RWR to give the "voice" alerts.  I have turned on the RWR and the CMWS on the CDU and turned both the volume up. I still get no sound from it. Am I missing something somewhere?

My voice alerts were working normally, as of yesterday at least.

Same here, cant hear any call outs with these settings. Tried Everything. SA-15 Tor and Manpads both shooting at me , no call outs. RWR visuals works nice though !
A Quote from the guide.
"- RWR VOL Knob. Adjusts the overall volume of the threat warning audio from the APR-39 radar warning
receiver and the AAR-57 missile warning system. Rotating the knob clockwise will increase the volume level."

Is the threat warning a voice? or beeps like jets?

The way I understand it, and have heard on twitch streams is voice callouts very similar to AH64 module.

if im not mistaken it is the same system as in the Apache. i get my voice warnings very solid. maybe the system is not fully funktional atm, so it may not know every threat

I conducted an experiment, I noticed that people with the same issue DID NOT have the Apache module. I did a trial on the Apache and downloaded it, My RWR in the Chinook immediately started squawking when I turned it on. I did not fly around to investigate further but it is obvious the 2 modules are linked some how in the coding. It was almost as if there are 2 different Chinook modules out there as other people that have problems that I do not have, for example 104th Maverick was not able to turn brightness down on outboard pilot MFD. I did not have this problem.  Have the Chinook w/ Apache, and the Chinook without.

I do own the Apache module.

Callouts.....what callouts...Ive never heard them.....Same for RWR ......Im sure they will get it sorted anyway.

I’m still having this issue and have the Apache module installed. In sp everything works great as expected but on mp specifically contention I get no warnings and even switching from bypass to normal it doesn’t auto release chaff or flares. Possibly related I also get no volume from any of the radios in mp using srs while all my other modules work great still.
