Camera shake or "more camera shake"

I think I would be cool  to have some camera shake in DCS to represent vibrations in the plane.

Any moment that the air plane vibrates like when hit by enemy fire, explosions near or even turbulence for example, the screen should shake, or rumble a bit. This effect should optional e be possible to enable it or disable it in the menus.
